CAA is having a meet-up at MAC in Des Moines, brought to you by the Archives and Archivists of Color Interest Group! We will be gathering at The Mulberry Street Tavern, a restaurant/bar within walking distance of the conference hotel.
Come for drinks and dining (you’re responsible for your own bill) and catch up with old friends and meet some new ones, including the winner of the 2024 Archives and Archivists of Color Travel Fund Award Ayah Elkossei.
WHAT: CAA @ MAC Meet-up
WHEN: Friday, May 3, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
WHERE: The Mulberry Street Tavern, 206 6th Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50309. The restaurant is a six-minute walk from the conference hotel.
We will meet at the hotel lobby at 5:45 and leave from there. If you would like to meet us at the restaurant, the reservation is under Chicago Area Archivists.
