CAA Celebrates Archives Month
When
18 Oct 2011
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Location
Celtic Knot, 626 Church Street, Evanston IL, 60201
October is American Archives Month. We’re celebrating by promoting our profession to graduate students and those working in allied professions, sharing our success stories, and getting better acquainted with the members of Chicago’s Archives community.
The CAA Outreach Subcommittee and Events Subcommittee would like to invite all members, Library Science and Public History students, and interested others to join us for a meet-up at the Celtic Knot in Evanston.
www.celticknotpub.com
The pub is located across the street from the Evanston Public Library. It is within walking distance of the Davis stop on CTA’s purple line and the Davis stop on Metra’s Union Pacific North line. Metered street parking is available and some parking garages offer free parking for the first hour. Garage information is available at

.
WHO:
All members, Chicago-area Library Science/Archival Studies and Public History students, and interested others are welcome to attend.
Can’t make it? Don’t worryundefinedthere will be more events throughout the year at a variety of dates, times, and locations.
