CAA Archives Salon: Authors Series
CAA invites you to join your fellow archivists, librarians, and records managers for an informal discussion of issues currently affecting our profession. This Archives Salon will center on the upcoming article "Measuring the Researcher’s Opportunity to Prepare: The Archives Research Preparation Online (ARPO) Index” by CAA member Scott Pitol. The article presents a new tool for measuring the extent to which archives provide website elements that enable a researcher to fully prepare for a research visit.
Join Scott and your colleagues for an open-ended discussion of the concepts discussed in the article, which will be shared with event registrants prior to the Salon. Come having read the article and be prepared to share your thoughts, listen to those of your colleagues, and respond.
