Chicago Area Archivist Awards
Award DescriptionThis annual award recognizes excellence in service to Chicago Area Archivists. In particular, it highlights members who contribute to the goals and activities of the organization in roles outside of Steering Committee and Subcommittee chairs.
This award is meant to recognize excellence within CAA; it is meant for CAA members who have gone above and beyond to serve the organization. In particular, it is meant to award those working behind the scenes, so current chairs of Steering or of Subcommittees are not eligible. Though this is really meant for individual members, there may also be nominations for projects or groups consisting of a 2-3 CAA members. Winners will be announced at the CAA members meeting in March and we will recognize you here on the website.
